Please note that all purchases are final, and we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind decisions.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items 
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Contact@ivyco.shop with photos of the issue. 

We will review the case and, if approved, provide a replacement at no cost.

Order Changes & Cancellations 
Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this time, orders are processed and cannot be changed.

Shipping Issues
